How do I receive my NDIS plan?
Your NDIS plan is developed through a process that involves the NDIS planner and local area coordinator after meticulous discussion on the participant’s goals, aspirations and needs.
What if I am not happy with my current plan?
When a participant receives a plan, it is reviewed annually to assess if it is going well with your conditions and whether it is meeting the client’s current and future goals. If you’re unhappy with your progress or need a change of plan, you can fill up the NDIS review form from the official website or dial the NDIS help line number.
